I am a crafter. I am a creator. I am a designer. I am a wife. I am a Christian. I am a dog mom. I am an aunt. I am a reader. I am good listener. I am a dreamer, a teacher, a neighbor, a sister, a daughter, a sewist, a shopper, and a friend. I am a whole bunch of things!
I am not a gardener. I am not a builder. I am not a vet. I am not a professional cleaner. I am not a painter, a canner, a farmer, a forager, a lumberjack, a landscaper, and definitely not a survivalist.
BUT those are the things I am going to be doing on our homestead. I am going to be doing things I’ve never done before. With no experience. And only fellow bloggers and authors and neighbors to glean experience from. Plus, I am not exactly the most able-bodied individual. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I make accommodations and adjustments to try to make things easier on myself. Hopefully those changes will help you make your life easier too, even if your hands and legs work all the time! So join me on this journey and learn how not to do things. Just kidding! Hopefully we’ll figure out how to do them together!
